Position: Assembler II
Location: Staples, MN
Shift: Day Shift – Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex hydraulic components for premium products
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
- Operate various tools including pneumatic equipment and measuring devices
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Provide guidance to entry-level assemblers
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Preferred:
- Vocational training in manufacturing or assembly
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Forklift certification
