What You’ll Do:
- Design mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with guidance
- Contribute to product innovation and manufacturing improvements
- Collaborate with experienced team members who mentor your growth
- Create technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams
Work Details:
- Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Pay: $23.56-$35.00/hour based on experience
- Location: Brandon, MN
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical degree (mechanical engineering preferred)
- 1-4 years design experience (we’ll support the right candidate!)
- Basic CAD software understanding (we’ll help advance your skills)
- Willingness to learn GD&T and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow
Bonus Experience:
- Outdoor/recreational product design
- Multi-system integration knowledge
- Aluminum fabrication or prototyping experience
