Voyager Industries, the innovative force behind Bear Track Trailers™, Yetti Fish Houses™, and other premium outdoor products, is seeking an experienced Shop Team Leader to oversee our Titan and fabrication operations in Evansville.
As a Shop Team Leader at our Evansville facility, you’ll be responsible for ensuring efficient completion of work orders and build schedules while providing leadership and oversight of production operations.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 5:00am-1:30pm, Fridays
- 5-8hr days workweek for better work-life balance

What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and oversight of Titan and fabrication operations
- Train new employees and work on production line
- Balance labor and attendance daily in Global Shop Services
- Monitor quality of components and products produced
- Participate in employee actions including hiring and evaluations
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined with good judgment
- Microsoft Suite proficiency and basic math skills
