As an Accounting Specialist at our Brandon facility, you’ll be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now, and providing essential accounting assistance to our Controller and CFO.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
- Competitive pay range: $18.70-$29.04
- Location: Brandon, MN
What You’ll Do:
- Process customer payments daily and manage collections
- Handle bi-weekly ADP payroll processing
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process sales commissions and employee benefits contributions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance OR Associate’s degree with 3+ years AR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (Global Shop, SAP, Oracle)
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
