Are you skilled at complex assembly and enjoy working with your hands? Voyager Industries, maker of premium Bear Track Trailers™, Yetti Fish Houses™, Titan Deck®, Voyager Dock®, Black Line® Conversions, and Voyager Aluminum™, is seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team.
Position: Assembler I
Location: Brandon, MN
Shift: Day Shift M-TH 6:00am – 2:30pm & Fri 5:00am – 1:30pm – Full-time
Starting Pay: $19.35
Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assembly functions necessary to create Voyager’s proprietary products.

- Utilize a variety of tools, including pneumatic tools, table and chop saws, shear, in assembly of Voyager’s proprietary products.
- Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
- Rotate through all tasks required in particular production process.
- Operate forklift and stand-up lift as necessary.
- Assist with training new employees in the department as needed.
- Maintain production equipment and machinery.
- Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas.
- Follow proper safety protocols.
- Follow all quality guidelines; perform quality checks on products and parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
