Are you a detail-oriented designer ready to help create innovative outdoor products? Voyager Industries, the proud parent company of Bear Track Trailers™, Yetti Fish Houses™, Titan Deck®, Voyager Dock®, Black Line® Conversions, and Voyager Aluminum™, is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to join our engineering team.
As a Mechanical Drafter at Voyager Industries, you’ll help develop technical drawings and documentation for our premium outdoor lifestyle products that enhance adventures across all four of Minnesota’s beautiful seasons.
Work Schedule:
- Day shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be optional based on business needs
- Starting pay: $21.00-$28.50
- Location: Pine River, MN
Key Requirements:
- Associate degree in Drafting/Design or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Familiarity with drafting standards (ISO, ANSI, GD&T)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical drafting principles
- Team player mentality
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with 3D modeling techniques
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes
- Previous internship or co-op experience in mechanical drafting
- Experience with product design documentation
