Perfect for new drafters! We’ll support your growth while you help create innovative outdoor products that enhance outdoor adventures.
What You’ll Do:
- Create technical drawings and documentation for premium outdoor products
- Develop 3D models and detailed drawings with team guidance
- Learn industry best practices from experienced engineers
- Support product development from concept to manufacturing
- Gain hands-on experience with real-world projects
Work Details:
- Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Pay: $21.00-$28.50/hour based on experience
- Location: Pine River, MN
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Drafting/Design or related field (recent grads welcome!)
- Basic CAD software knowledge (Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks)
- Willingness to learn drafting standards (ISO, ANSI, GD&T)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
Bonus Experience:
- 3D modeling techniques
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Internship or co-op experience
- Product design documentation
