We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow Bear Track aluminum trailers in the Southeast—one of the most in-demand brands in the recreational trailer market. This is a territory-development role where you’ll continue to build business, with a product that dealers are actively seeking out.

Position Details
- Type: Full-time, exempt
- Reports to: National Sales Manager
- Location: Remote (ideally based in Georgia)
- Pay Range: $65,000 – $150,000 per year
- Travel: 25-30%
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with recreational dealers across Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina & Florida
- Demonstrate products, quote pricing, and close sales with new and existing dealer partners
- Represent Voyager Industries at trade shows throughout your region
- Collaborate with our Sales and R&D teams to meet customer needs and bring market insights back to the team
- Train dealers on our order portal and provide ongoing support to help them succeed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Travel approximately 25-30% of the time to meet with dealers and attend events
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting goals
- Experience with recreational, marine, or powersports dealers
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills—you know how to earn trust and keep it
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
- HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
