Brandon, MN – Voyager Industries, Inc., located in Brandon, has recently hired Kurt Battles as their Chief Financial Officer.
Battles will succeed Jon Boutain, who has announced his intention to retire. Boutain will stay on as the company secretary to ensure an orderly transition.

Kurt Battles holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan (Ross) School of Business and a C.P.A. certificate from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. Most recently Battles has been serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Xcel Energy where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
